Lawnscaping Challenge Dots & Stripes

This is my first card for a challenge from Lawnscaping Challenge. The theme for this Challenge is Dots & Stripes. I have a huge box full of leftover pieces of paper, time to take a look into that box. Found a lot of pieces paper with polkadots on it, so dots it is for me! Many times I wanted to throw the little pieces out and now I'm glad I have saved them.

After my last coffee card I decided it was time for a tea card, because I actually LOVE TEA and coffee not so much. The sentiment just had to be 'my cup of tea'. I almost chose a stamp of a cute tiny tea cup, but sinds I love tea and drink it in BIG amounts I had to go for the mug stamp.

The most important piece of paper is my background paper. All the other papers and colors where chosen to match up with the dots on the background paper. Gave all the papers a dark edge with Vintage Photo Distress ink. Colored the stamp with Distress ink, the teatag is a bit lemon/green because I like green tea lemon the best to drink.
